Notice of START Bus Title VI Program

START Bus operates all of its services without regard to race, color, and national origin. The level andquality of transportation service is provided without regard to race, color, and national origin. START buspromotes the full and fair participation of all affected populations in transportation decision making;and prevents the denial, reduction, or delay in benefits related to programs and activities that benefitminority populations or low‐income populations.    START Bus also ensures meaningful access toprograms and activities by persons with limited English proficiency. Any person who believes himself or any specific class of persons to be subjected to discriminationprohibited by Title VI may by himself or by a representative file a written complaint with START Bus @PO Box 1687, Jackson, WY, 83001 or at info@startbus.com.      The complaint will be reviewed by theSTART Bus administrative staff who will present their findings to the START Board.  The Board will makethe decision on what action shall be taken in response to the complaint and the complainant will benotified.      The complainant also has the right to file a written complaint with the Federal TransitAdministration (FTA.) A complaint must be filed no later than 180 days after the date of the allegeddiscrimination, unless the time for filing is extended by FTA.
